About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivering high-quality technical learning experiences that prepare early-career engineers and project professionals to succeed in their roles
- Leading classroom and virtual sessions
- Coaching participants through hands-on practice
- Assessing participant understanding and readiness to apply new skills on real projects
- Partnering closely with program leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to ensure training content is practical, consistent, and aligned with business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or project execution roles in an industrial, energy, or similar technical environment
- 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, or structured coaching to professional audience
- Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
