About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating office administration activities including mail handling, meeting scheduling, event planning, and supply ordering
- Supporting contract administration and procurement, including vendor evaluation, cost tracking, and discount management
- Participating in budgeting and forecasting, including invoice processing, accruals, budget reviews, and financial reporting
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, safety stock, and supply turnover to optimize holding costs
- Responding to internal and external customer requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Compiling and analyzing reports and data from multiple sources to support decision-making
- Reviewing and resolving discrepancies in cost responsibility reports
- Coordinating building maintenance needs such as landscaping, snow removal, and vendor communication
- Managing fleet logistics, including vehicle orders, dealership coordination, and repair tracking
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in office administration or clerical support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
