About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the on-site execution of IT/OT infrastructure during construction and commissioning phases
Ensuring systems are implemented in alignment with design specifications and project timelines
Serving as primary interface between field operations, construction teams, and IT engineering
Coordinating installation, site readiness, and commissioning activities while managing risks, logistics, and contractor/vendor performance
Ensuring seamless transition from design to build, driving field-level execution of connectivity, infrastructure, and security solutions
Supporting commissioning readiness through disciplined oversight and issue resolution
Measuring and reporting project performance to leadership team
Cultivating relationships with clients and company partners; mentoring others
Collaborating on software development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management
Tracking risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple IT workstreams
Supporting procurement efforts and helping define field requirements related to infrastructure, security, and communications early in the project lifecycle
Synthesizing and communicating clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Identifying and resolving design gaps to maintain momentum and execution readiness
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering
Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in project management
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years’ related business experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
