About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepares reports, forecasts, presentations and other analyses as the need arises
- Nurtures relationships with company partners
- Identifies, researches and recommends solutions, including process improvement initiatives
- Coordinates and understands forecast components and performs/documents financial analysis to validate forecast data
- Communicates details assumptions and explains variances
- Analyzes and explains financial results compared to forecast
- Coordinates annual strategic and vision planning activities, including operating and capital plan forecasting
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and minimum four (4) years’ related experience in financial analysis
- Preferred: Master’s degree or CPA
- Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis
