About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinates and plans events from concept through execution
- Manages multiple events simultaneously using strong project management skills
- Collaborates across functions and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Communicates clearly and persuasively through strong written and verbal communication
- Applies broad knowledge of Williams’ business, industry, customers, and competitors
- Supports corporate communications, brand initiatives, and executive‑level events
- Upholds brand governance while supporting internal communications and reputation management
- Evaluates event effectiveness through post‑event reporting, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to inform future planning and enhance impact.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required: Associate ’ s degree in Communications , Public Relations, or Marketing and seven (7) year s’ event planning and logistics , budget management and oversight, vendor management and oversight, event programming and content development experience
- Preferred: Associate ’ s degree in Communications , Public Relations, or Marketing and ten ( 10 ) years ’ event planning and logistics , budget management and oversight, vendor management and oversight, event programming and content development experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
