About the role

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling visual stories
  • Design and animate visual assets, including typography, for a range of motion graphics and video projects
  • Create storyboards and support script development to shape narrative and flow
  • Apply principles of design, animation, and color theory to bring concepts to life
  • Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and presentations to communicate both data-driven and abstract ideas
  • Develop clear information hierarchies and visual frameworks that enhance understanding and retention
  • Source, edit, and integrate audio elements (e.g., sound bites, music), and synchronize audio with motion graphics
  • Edit and integrate live-action video footage with animated elements to support motion graphics and storytelling needs
  • Edit, render, convert, and compress motion graphics for use across multiple formats, platforms, and channels
  • Work within established brand guidelines and visual systems while bringing creativity and craft to motion execution
  • Incorporate feedback from clients and internal partners to iteratively refine motion work
  • Manage project files, assets, and versioning to support efficient collaboration and smooth handoffs
  • Contribute to team motion graphics standards and best practices to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and techniques, applying them thoughtfully where appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film/Videography, Animation, Communications, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
  • Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and 2D/3D modeling and animation
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro
  • Deep expertise in information design, with a passion for visual storytelling and data-driven communication
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at guiding clients and teams toward clarity and actionable requirements
