• Oversee the company’s day-to-day IT operations, cybersecurity program, enterprise systems, and regulatory compliance posture
• Serve as the organization’s primary internal owner of IT governance and federal compliance
• Lead and sustain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 readiness and broader security maturity initiatives
• Build scalable processes and strengthen security controls for IT infrastructure
• Evaluate technology investments, vendor relationships, budgeting, and affordability of IT solutions
• Interact with executive leadership on cybersecurity, compliance, technology strategy, and operational risk
• Oversee managed service provider (MSP) for help desk support and device management
• Ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements
