About the role
- Individual nursing care and support for ventilated and/or intensive-care-dependent patients
- Implementation of medical measures prescribed by physicians
- Assistance with activities of daily living and promotion of patient independence
- Careful (digital) documentation of all nursing interventions and the patient’s medical progress
- Work performed in approved 12-hour shifts
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), or in a comparable recognized nursing profession
- Basic qualification in out-of-hospital intensive care, or willingness to complete this qualification at short notice with our support
- Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care is desirable but not required – we provide qualification and training
- Willingness to work shifts (rotating day and night shifts)
- Reliability, empathy, and enjoyment of providing holistic, team-based care
