About the role

  • Lead your team with mutual respect: onboard and mentor new colleagues, foster a culture of appreciation, and provide clear guidance

  • Organize daily operations with foresight: from duty rostering to office management — always maintaining an overview
  • Stay a hands-on caregiver at heart: despite leadership responsibilities you regularly work directly with patients, perform patient-care duties under SGB V & SGB XI, and remain close to clinical practice

Requirements

  • A completed nursing qualification (e.g., certified geriatric nurse, health and nursing care)
  • At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and initial leadership experience
  • Knowledge of prescription/authorization (Verordnungs) management
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
  • Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
