About the role

  • You lead your team with respect and at eye level, support new colleagues, promote appreciative collaboration and provide clear guidance
  • You ensure care quality by putting our quality guidelines into practice and by maintaining both professional and legal standards
  • You organize daily operations with foresight: from shift planning to office administration — always keeping an overview
  • You remain a hands-on caregiver at heart: despite leadership responsibilities you regularly work directly with patients, perform patient-related duties under SGB V & SGB XI, and stay close to everyday practice

Requirements

  • A completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
  • Experience in outpatient/home-based care (at least 1 year) and initial leadership experience
  • Knowledge of prescription/authorization management (Verordnungsmanagement)
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a confident presence
  • Empathy, personal responsibility and enjoyment in motivating a team
