Requirements

  • Completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
  • Experience in outpatient/home care (at least 1 year) and initial leadership experience
  • Knowledge of prescription/authorization management
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
  • Empathy, personal responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating a team
