About the role

  • You lead your team at eye level: you mentor new colleagues, promote a respectful collaborative environment, and provide clear guidance
  • You ensure nursing quality by bringing our quality guidelines to life and by meeting both professional and legal standards
  • You organize daily operations with foresight: from duty rostering to office administration – you always keep an overview
  • You remain a hands-on nurse at heart: despite managerial responsibilities you regularly work with patients, perform patient duties under SGB V & SGB XI, and stay closely connected to clinical practice

Requirements

  • Completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-registered geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional)
  • At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and initial leadership experience
  • Knowledge of prescription/authorization management
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident demeanor
  • Empathy, a sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
