About the role
- Maintain the highest possible degree of independent living for our patients through individualized, holistic, and activating nursing care and support
- Monitor vital signs and ensure ventilator management
- Provide basic and treatment-related nursing care
- Interact with patients and relatives in an empathetic and respectful manner
- Collaborate with our respiratory therapist, external therapists, primary care physicians, and local specialists
- Work as part of a team and participate in regular team meetings
- Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation
- Manage emergency situations
Requirements
- Completed three-year vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse), health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse
- Motivation, reliability and enjoyment of your work
- Desire to work in an environment where your contribution matters
