About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Successfully work with prospects and existing customers by offering a world-class experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Lingraphica’s business units
  • Address non-product inquiries, resolve Tier 1 issues, triage and escalate customer concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of all product enhancements, website improvements, and marketing campaigns
  • Comfortably interact with customers through inbound/outbound calls, e-mail, and online chat
  • Monitor and report customer inquiry trends and recurring issues using CRM data
  • Effectively liaise with key functions such as Reimbursement, Funding & Benefits, and Product Support
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved
  • Manage frontline activities using a ticket system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years Customer Service experience, required
  • Experience offering Tier 1 customer support, preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, VOIP, Zoom, required
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM, preferred
  • Fluent proficiency in Spanish, preferred
