About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all ASHA Continuing Education Board requirements and procedures are followed
- Serve as the primary contact between Lingraphica and ASHA
- Interact directly with external speech-language pathologists
- Audit and confirm course rosters
- Respond to inquiries and audits from ASHA and other CE governing bodies in a timely manner
- Generate and report course completions and promotional materials
- Maintain an organized system for required file maintenance
- Support the LMS platform (troubleshooting, support, and maintaining monthly self-study offerings)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Experience with computer programs including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Basecamp, Adobe, LMS systems, and CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to take and pass required exam for CE governing body
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) up to 2 times per year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent proofreading and accurate reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to learn and adhere to all ASHA CE requirements and procedures
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Highly organized with a proven track record of adherence to deadlines
