About the role
- Be the Bridge between Game engineering and Content Production, turning technical requirements into clear plans and timelines.
- Set up and maintain Unity environments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Fastlane); automating builds, monitoring health, and driving rapid resolution of failures.
- Own the end-to-end localization pipeline: extraction, vendor coordination, review, delivery, and in-game validation.
- Manage third-party SDK integrations (analytics etc) alongside engineering.
- Stress Test QA plans, test coverage, and bug triage workflows; ensure release readiness across devices, OS versions, and locales.
- Oversee production from technical design to submission, surfacing risks early to stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and proactively unblock technical dependencies that risk delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a hands-on technical role in mobile game development (Technical Producer, Build Engineer, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Unity project structure, build targets, and release workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Proven experience managing localization pipelines for mobile apps or games.
- Familiarity with third-party SDK integration.
- Experience with QA planning, bug workflows, and release sign-off.
- Proficiency in JIRA, GitHub Projects, or equivalent.
- Strong communicator; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience in educational content or children's media.
- Nice to have: Experience coordinating remote teams across time zones.
- Nice to have: Exposure to automated testing frameworks.
