About the role

  • Assist in creating digital ads for social media, display, and other marketing channels.
  • Adjust, update, and refine flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Edit and format presentations to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
  • Support in the development of visuals, layouts, and templates for campaigns.
  • Help maintain and update our asset library, brand materials, and design files.
  • Contribute to basic video editing or simple motion graphics (nice-to-have).
  • Conduct light research for creative briefs, competitor ads, and design trends
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather information and align on design needs.

Requirements

  • High level of both English and German. Our working language is English, but you will be supporting with content in both languages
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, or a related field.
  • Good eye for design and strong visual intuition.
  • Initial experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma).
  • Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy—especially when working with layouts, copy, and formatting.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
