Database Administrator

• Maintain, improve, and create new complex Microsoft SQL database objects including but not limited to stored procedures and functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
• Design, document, create, unit and system test, deploy, and maintain databases including data warehouses
• Collaborate with the business and other teams to develop and implement business rules for the data warehouse
• Support the development team with database-related issues
• Develop reference and workflow documents for documentation purposes
• Identify and evaluate industry trends in database systems to advise the Data Manager, Director of Business Systems, and/or Chief Information Officer
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish tasks
• Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Informatics functional architecture and systems design to deliver IT outcomes
• Support performance, troubleshooting, and large-scale system upgrades

Senior SQL Database Administrator

Business Analyst

• Conduct comprehensive, independent evaluations of existing efforts and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation.
• Develop user stories, work items, test scripts, and related project documentation.
• Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and accessibility conformance testing.
• Document test results, identify gaps, report system defects, and collaborate on timely resolution.
• Provide implementation support including training, Go-Live activities, and outcome documentation.
• Capture and communicate implementation schedule changes and update project documentation as needed.
• Compile Implementation Outcome Reports with session notes, required updates, and recommendations for subsequent Go-Live planning.
• Triage production issues, working with development teams and end users to resolve them effectively.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations and standards.
• Participate in stakeholder sessions to identify business/system requirements and coordinate deliverable approval.

Senior Business Analyst

• As a Database Administrator (DBA), you play a crucial role in managing and maintaining databases within an organization to ensure data integrity, availability and security.
• Must be available to work EST hours.

Backend Engineer

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and Angular 14+.
• Build server-side components using .NET Core 5+ , C# , and ASP.NET , including MVC or ASP.NET Core frameworks.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations.
• Perform database development and management using SQL Server/T-SQL , and work with ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper .
• Write unit and integration tests using frameworks such as xUnit/NUnit , Jasmine , and Karma .
• Follow responsive, mobile-first design principles to create accessible user interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508 , and ADA requirements.
• Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and accessibility best practices in software development.
• Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio 2022 , VS Code , Azure DevOps , and Git for coding, version control, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Application Architects to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and document code.
• Incorporate accessibility testing into the development lifecycle and ensure accessibility compliance is part of the “definition of done.”

Front-End .NET Developer

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-based web application architectures using Azure services (App Services, Storage, Azure SQL, Functions, etc.)
• Develop and maintain robust integration between .NET applications and SQL databases
• Apply security best practices across the development lifecycle to protect application and data integrity
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Lead the adoption of architectural standards, design patterns, and coding best practices
• Optimize database performance through effective design, query tuning, and indexing
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and cloud trends to enhance existing solutions
• Maintain and extend technical documentation to ensure system knowledge is accurate and accessible
• Provide after-hours support for critical systems when necessary
