About the role
- Work directly with agency customers to document business requirements in alignment with established organizational policies.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive information packets to security, legal, and administrative approvers to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate meetings with diverse legal, business, and security teams to drive timely approvals of business requests.
- Interpret and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors to communicate cloud use documentation and organizational requirements clearly.
- Investigate existing internal solutions to determine if current resources can meet newly documented business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to customers on the business approval lifecycle and underlying policies.
- Track and manage the current volume of requests to improve overall delivery efficiency.
- Act as a central liaison to resolve requests for additional information throughout the approval process.
Requirements
- 3 Years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and service skills.
- 2 Years of full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (official title of Project Manager not required).
- 1 Year of experience in vendor management, specifically collaborating on requirements and documentation.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders and maintain high levels of organization and detail in a fast-paced environment.
