About the role

  • Work directly with agency customers to document business requirements in alignment with established organizational policies.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive information packets to security, legal, and administrative approvers to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings with diverse legal, business, and security teams to drive timely approvals of business requests.
  • Interpret and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors to communicate cloud use documentation and organizational requirements clearly.
  • Investigate existing internal solutions to determine if current resources can meet newly documented business needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to customers on the business approval lifecycle and underlying policies.
  • Track and manage the current volume of requests to improve overall delivery efficiency.
  • Act as a central liaison to resolve requests for additional information throughout the approval process.

Requirements

  • 3 Years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and service skills.
  • 2 Years of full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (official title of Project Manager not required).
  • 1 Year of experience in vendor management, specifically collaborating on requirements and documentation.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholders and maintain high levels of organization and detail in a fast-paced environment.
