About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the data model architecture, ensuring core data entities are structured for high-quality context
Drive speed-to-insights by modeling data into usable, scalable formats
Build and maintain systems, ensuring high standards for style and maintainability
Enable self-service analytics across the company with a well-maintained data catalog
Partner with the business to drive outcomes and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Lead the evolution of descriptive to predictive analytics, working with AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or BI roles
Strong SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
Experience designing, implementing, operating, and extending Kimball dimensional models
Familiar with BI tools, preferably Looker
Fluent with AI tools
Strong opinions about infrastructure building
Experience supporting business subject areas such as marketing, finance, sales, product, or customer success (nice to have)
