About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain relationships with end users, distributors, and internal sales partners
Conduct daily prospecting and follow-up calls and emails
Review and manage Salesforce pipeline
Lead Large Opportunity Pipeline Reviews
Conduct Distributor Specialist Engagements
Participate in Aligned Distributor Management Meetings
Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate outreach strategies
Maintain accurate calendar management and track expense reports
Stay up to date on product training and manufacturer updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (or equivalent)
Bilingual (English/French)
Proficient in Salesforce CRM
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, leads, and activities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Familiarity with industrial sales, distribution channels, or MRO environments (preferred)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experience leveraging analytics platforms such as Power BI
