About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users, distributors, and internal sales partners
  • Conduct daily prospecting and follow-up calls and emails
  • Review and manage Salesforce pipeline
  • Lead Large Opportunity Pipeline Reviews
  • Conduct Distributor Specialist Engagements
  • Participate in Aligned Distributor Management Meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate calendar management and track expense reports
  • Stay up to date on product training and manufacturer updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, leads, and activities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Familiarity with industrial sales, distribution channels, or MRO environments (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experience leveraging analytics platforms such as Power BI
