National End-User Accounts Manager – MRO Industrial Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive National Accounts Manager Program Growth
- Create, expand, and scale programs that generate measurable revenue impact
- Conduct End User meetings to uncover needs and run trials
- Review pipeline activity with internal leadership
- Develop strategic plans for assigned end users
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation
- Collaborate with aligned distributors and manufacturers
- Conduct distributor alignment meetings
- Represent customer needs to manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistent delivery of documented value and program visibility
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with internal teams for consistent program execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of multi-site national account structures and end-user business challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business-related field OR the equivalent in work experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing and growing national or strategic accounts
- Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on partnership development, accountability, and follow-through
- Knowledge of distributor/manufacturer channel models and value-added program execution
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and communicate ROI, value creation, and conversion results
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and planning skills
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
