About the role

  • Commercial management and customer-facing sales activities, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory, margin, mark-up, returns, stockouts, service level, and investments;
  • Ensure achievement of established targets and objectives;
  • Monitor competitors' activities and report relevant information to the company;
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, defining the appropriate product mix for direct and indirect channels;
  • Manage and maintain the product portfolio and its registration;
  • Conduct negotiations with customers in the main grocery/food retail chains;
  • Track orders, ensuring workflow and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management is a plus;
  • Experience in sales servicing key accounts in self-service/retail (supermarket) channels, preferably in the Londrina region.
