About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build producer hierarchies in the IMPACT system to ensure proper reporting and payment
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain complex information
Assist internal and external customers using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Research issues and concerns and suggest process improvements
Support the final stage of onboarding for producers and agencies contracting with Lincoln
Maintain accurate reporting and producer compensation in a high-volume, production-driven environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
2–3 years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the position responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maneuver through multiple systems, databases, platforms, and software
Ability to adapt and remain flexible as business needs change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations and/or IMPACT experience preferred
Ability to evaluate information and implications of a course of action or solution preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail preferred
Must satisfy applicable work authorization requirements; employer participates in E-Verify
