About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics
Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business
Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and/or value proposition
Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders
Drive asset retention by identifying rollover and distribution opportunities and delivering IRA solutions that retain assets with Lincoln while supporting participants' long-term retirement goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 - 3+ Years’ experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities
Lives in Dallas, Houston or surrounding areas with ability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred)
Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred)
