About the role
- Deliver retirement planning, education, and world class service to complex retirement plan sponsors and participants
- Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics
- Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance
- Grow assets and increase revenue & market share within assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants and targeted market segments
- Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and promote other Lincoln services and cross-partner with internal stakeholders
- Support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goals
Requirements
- 1 - 3+ Years’ experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities
- Lives in Atlanta, St. Louis or Minneapolis area with the ability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred)
- Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred)

- Nice-to-haves: College of Financial Planning or comparable certification(s) or designations
- Nice-to-haves: Prior system experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Teams
