💰 $29 - $39 per hour

About the role

  • Delivering routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meeting deadlines appropriately.
  • Partnering with assigned Vice President(s) on Outlook calendar management including scheduling and prioritization.
  • Coordinating business-related travel arrangements for assigned Vice President(s), as needed.
  • Planning and coordinating special events as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining assigned Vice President(s) correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed.
  • Sorting, reviewing, and distributing assigned Vice President(s) mail.
  • Entering assigned Vice President(s) expenses reports into appropriate systems.
  • Processing invoices for prompt payment as needed.
  • Ordering supplies and coordinating routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed.
  • Performing other duties as required.
  • Working overtime as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 Years clerical and/or administrative support experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • High School or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.).
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment; Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues, and peers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
