About the role

  • Perform and deliver on routine and non-routine assignments for assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines
  • Provide routine and increasingly more non-routine operational and sales support to the MoneyGuard External Wholesalers
  • Review wholesaler email correspondence, adding the appropriate compliance disclosures, and managing the Compliance Submission process to completion
  • Review and process marketing materials to be sent through internal marketing system or mail merge emails
  • Review daily workflow, entering information into databases and completing other routine and increasingly more non-routine tasks and responsibilities
  • Coordinate routine Roadshow, Lunch and Learn meetings, and routine virtual meetings for specified groups of wholesalers
  • Support the personalized sales campaigns developed by participating wholesalers
  • Support the routine meeting series which includes budgets, venue selection, registration, compliance, and execution
  • Provide consultative support and partnering with wholesalers and other stakeholders as needed while maintaining fiscal discipline and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively build relationships with wholesalers through active communication and achievement of quality service for partners
  • Extract contact data from Salesforce to build targeted distribution lists that support wholesaler outreach and engagement strategies
  • Develop monthly marketing campaign performance reports for Sales Managers that provide strategic decision-making insights

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Financial Services experience (preferred)
