About the role
- Gather, evaluate and assess information to complete request for proposals (RFPs), potential clients and sold cases partnering directly with your Sales Rep, Underwriter, and broker
- Influence market growth with RFP accuracy and exceptional sold case submissions by being knowledgeable and thorough with daily activities
- Coordinate and perform pre and post sale activities in partnership with marketing, underwriting, IT, billing, compliance and legal
- Support benefit fair activities, including creating benefit summaries and plan grids tailored to clients specific plan and design rates
- Build trusting relationships with our internal and external partners to maintain a valuable marketplace presence and uphold our commitment to the customer
- Identify, recommend and champions process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 0 - 1+ Years’ experience in a sales environment with general insurance background
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
