About the role
- Full accountability for design/build/install projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Responsibility for project financials, including budget performance, cash flow, and change management
- Ownership of on-time delivery across all assigned projects
- Train and mentor project managers, developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals
- Collaborate weekly with manufacturing and installation teams to assess capacity planning and procure resources
- Exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills, maintain focus on objectives while driving long-term strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of welding processes, layouts, equipment, tooling, process design, and material handling systems
- Knowledge of automation systems, including layouts, equipment, tooling, and process design
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in robotic systems
