About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record payroll entries for the department
- Assist with logistical aspects of trainings (printing materials, organizing rooms, coffee breaks/refreshments, attendance lists, etc.)
- Assist with internal communications (updating channels, drafting communications, etc.)
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and corporate activities (internal marketing)
- Assist with department activities and organization, including stock/inventory (giveaways, internal marketing materials)
