About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
- Lead and support automation and process improvement projects
- Analyze production data and operational KPIs to drive efficiency and performance improvements
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize operations
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for process-related issues
- Participate in equipment upgrades, new technology implementation, and digitalization initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial process environments
- Experience leading or supporting automation projects
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, industrial controls, and instrumentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Advanced English proficiency (required)
