About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
  • Lead and support automation and process improvement projects
  • Analyze production data and operational KPIs to drive efficiency and performance improvements
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Experience in manufacturing and industrial process environments
  • Experience leading or supporting automation projects
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, industrial controls, and instrumentation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (required)
