About the role

  • Participate in core rotational assignments across Safety, Quality, Distribution & Planning, and Operations
  • Work within a selected operations department tailored to interests and business needs
  • Receive hands-on welding training and periodic skills assessments
  • Develop Lean Six Sigma knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
  • Analyze workflows, collect and report operational data to drive improvements
  • Conduct safety reporting analysis and behavior-based safety program support
  • Perform ergonomic assessments and root cause analyses across operations areas
  • Implement process improvements to improve first pass yield and standardize procedures
  • Work with operations teams to manage and improve huddle boards
  • Analyze warehouse footprint and regional distribution center stock availability to improve efficiencies and lower shipping costs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering or business by June 2026
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Preferred: degree in supply chain, operations management, integrated business and engineering, project management, logistics management, or business management
  • Preferred: Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Preferred: Prior experience in manufacturing, operations, or project management
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills, especially in the technical area
