About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, mentor and support sales representatives in the assigned region
- Contribute to the definition and execution of sales and commercialization strategies
- Visit current and prospective clients to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities
- Participate in organizing and supporting national trade shows and events
- Continuously analyze the market, competitors and industry trends
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to define and improve products
- Attend internal meetings to support sales strategy
- Ensure compliance with environmental procedures, including waste segregation, responsible use of resources and reporting of non-conformities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Commercial Management and/or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial management
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Intermediate English
- Valid Category B driver's license
