What you’ll need

Coordinate and oversee the implementation of global master data governance initiatives, including MDG solution deployments and governance standards.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate governance decisions into actionable system and process requirements.
Document business processes, data standards, and governance workflows to support consistent global adoption.
Create and maintain functional specifications for governance-related system enhancements.
Conduct fit/gap analyses between business needs and MDG solution capabilities to minimize custom development.
Support workflow design and configuration (e.g., change request types, approval groups, notifications).
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and feedback loops with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
Assist with initial data migration and reconciliation efforts, ensuring data integrity across systems.
Monitor governance practice adoption and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
Contribute to the development of KPIs and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and data quality improvements; prepare presentation materials and communicate insights clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and onboarding of new governance processes.
Ensure governance activities comply with internal audit requirements, SOX regulations, and broader data governance policies.
