Requirements

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of global master data governance initiatives, including MDG solution deployments and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate governance decisions into actionable system and process requirements.
  • Document business processes, data standards, and governance workflows to support consistent global adoption.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications for governance-related system enhancements.
  • Conduct fit/gap analyses between business needs and MDG solution capabilities to minimize custom development.
  • Support workflow design and configuration (e.g., change request types, approval groups, notifications).
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and feedback loops with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Assist with initial data migration and reconciliation efforts, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Monitor governance practice adoption and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Contribute to the development of KPIs and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and data quality improvements; prepare presentation materials and communicate insights clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
  • Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and onboarding of new governance processes.
  • Ensure governance activities comply with internal audit requirements, SOX regulations, and broader data governance policies.
