About the role

  • Perform follow-up across logistics, Purchasing, PCP (Production Planning & Control), Warehouse and Manufacturing processes;
  • Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with manufacturing and commercial teams to report on order status;
  • Plan, schedule and monitor production according to capacity defined together with industrial management, updating the production schedule weekly;
  • Generate, print and control all Production Orders according to MRP;
  • Track production progress, record production reports/time entries and close Production Orders;
  • Monitor daily shortages and component requirements for equipment assembly;
  • Print documentation for identification of boxes and equipment during assembly and shipping;
  • Update and parameterize new items (item setup);
  • Participate in Project Kick-off Meetings (RAPs) for information exchange;
  • Maintain and report PCP department KPIs.

Requirements
