About the role
- Perform follow-up across logistics, Purchasing, PCP (Production Planning & Control), Warehouse and Manufacturing processes;
- Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with manufacturing and commercial teams to report on order status;
- Plan, schedule and monitor production according to capacity defined together with industrial management, updating the production schedule weekly;
- Generate, print and control all Production Orders according to MRP;
- Track production progress, record production reports/time entries and close Production Orders;
- Monitor daily shortages and component requirements for equipment assembly;
- Print documentation for identification of boxes and equipment during assembly and shipping;
- Update and parameterize new items (item setup);
- Participate in Project Kick-off Meetings (RAPs) for information exchange;
- Maintain and report PCP department KPIs.
Requirements

- Inventory management
- MRP or ERP
- Advanced Excel
