About the role

  • Content creation and management
  • Support the production of posts for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing design assets, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Organize the image library, promotional materials, and giveaways.
  • Provide support for organizing events, training sessions, and trade shows (logistics, materials, vendors).
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal controls.
  • Assist in vendor management and purchase requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Preferred additional qualification: Intermediate English
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Interest in digital marketing and corporate communications
  • Experience: No prior experience required; participation in academic or extracurricular projects related to the field is a plus
