- Lead national sales for aftermarket parts, tools, and equipment, driving strategic growth and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Build enduring relationships with key decision-makers, discover new business opportunities, and deliver tailored, innovative solutions
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts to foster loyalty and expansion
- Prospect, develop, and secure new sales opportunities to boost market share and revenue growth

- Host ongoing strategy meetings with customer executives to adapt solutions to their changing requirements

- Manage sales pipeline and forecasts to achieve consistent, sustainable growth objectives

Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic, solutions-oriented sales
- Demonstrated success in business development and account growth
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building collaborations with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication to persuade and motivate stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
