About the role

  • Management of the company vehicle pool
  • Support with documenting HR processes and creating checklists (e.g., for employee onboarding and offboarding)
  • Drafting employment and interim references
  • Maintaining personnel files and implementing a new filing structure
  • Support with administrative HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational activities
  • Participating in current HR projects and independently taking on sub-projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in economics, business administration, or social sciences
  • Initial professional experience in HR through internships or similar is desirable
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Team player with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Meticulous working style and discretion
