About the role
- Management of the company vehicle pool
- Support with documenting HR processes and creating checklists (e.g., for employee onboarding and offboarding)
- Drafting employment and interim references
- Maintaining personnel files and implementing a new filing structure
- Support with administrative HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle
- Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational activities
- Participating in current HR projects and independently taking on sub-projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in economics, business administration, or social sciences
- Initial professional experience in HR through internships or similar is desirable
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Team player with a strong hands-on mentality
- Meticulous working style and discretion
