About the role

  • Perform all operational activities in the EHS area
  • Create and maintain EHS documents, procedural, work, and test instructions
  • Collaborate with external occupational safety specialist
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
  • Responsible for monthly EHS reporting to Corporate EHS
  • Organize and conduct training and awareness measures
  • Monitor and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses
  • Work with various departments to ensure compliance with internal EHS standards
  • Support the creation of emergency plans and conduct emergency drills
  • Continuously promote and improve the global EHS culture

Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) or completed vocational training in EHS with relevant further training
  • Strong affinity for EHS topics and role-model behavior for EHS culture
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Team player, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Experience in international collaboration
  • Independent, responsible, and cross-departmental working style
