About the role

  • Analyze, enter, and monitor sales orders in SAP.
  • Provide support to the External Sales team and direct customer service.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Assist customers, representatives, and salespeople to ensure completion of sales.
  • Monitor orders blocked due to credit or inventory, identify causes, and take actions to release them.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: University degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience in Commercial, Sales, or Customer Service areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel is considered a plus.
