About the role
- Be the Linc between your education and a future in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and engineering leadership.
- Support the production of pre-engineered systems.
- Assist Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and facility operations, including assisting with ongoing safety initiatives, compliance efforts, and facility improvement projects in collaboration with site supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with Standard Project Engineers across various capacities, offering hands-on experience with core product engineering work.
- Opportunity to engage with Product Engineers on high-impact projects related to standard systems.
- Involvement with the Custom Automation Team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having already achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
- An engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Material Science, Welding, or Packaging.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
