About the role
- Project and change management considering quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Project execution with customers, suppliers, start-ups, universities, and internal departments
- Root-cause analysis and problem solving during development
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes for components and assemblies
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee prototype and sample production
- Scouting, evaluating, and implementing new technologies
- Build and further develop a supplier network for novel products and system solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge in powertrain/drivetrain, electronics, mechatronics, and/or AI
- Strong technical understanding and basic skills in interpreting technical drawings
- Experience managing development and research projects (desirable)
- Experience with series production (advantageous)
- Interest in innovation topics and creativity in solution development
- Determination, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
