Electrical Engineer

• Provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance for building engineering systems and services.
• Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines.
• Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Perform EICR Testing.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations.
• Liaise with helpdesk for task responses.
• Maintain site logbooks, compliance certification, and produce reports.
• Participate in emergency call-out services.
• Emergency Lighting Testing and Light Fitting Replacement, including Safe Isolation.

People Operations

• Act as the first point of contact for general People queries, escalating where appropriate
• Maintain HRIS records and support reporting needs for People metrics
• Accurately respond to absence notifications and support absence tracking, probation reviews, and performance documentation
• Raise and process changes to contracts of employment
• Apply for DBS checks for new engineers and audit existing records for expiry
• Ensure references are completed for all new hires
• Liaise closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
• Ensure all required documentation is received and processed for new starters
• Prepare and issue contracts, welcome packs, and onboarding materials
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for each new hire
• Coordinate induction schedules and deliver a consistent, values-led welcome
• Order uniforms via our wardrobe management system
• Create engaging onboarding documentation for use across the business
• Manage leaver processes including exit interviews, final documentation, and system updates
• Coordinate the return of assets (tools, uniforms, fleet items) and ensure compliance with offboarding protocols
• Support the Fleet Manager in overseeing fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, serviced, and compliant
• Conduct driving licence checks for new starters and maintain audit records
• Track fuel usage, maintenance costs, and fleet expenditure, providing data-driven insights
• Assist with vehicle procurement and defleeting, liaising with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, insurance, and compliance
• Support the development and enforcement of fleet policies, including safety and regulatory protocols
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition
• Collaborate with our insurance provider to manage coverage and claims efficiently

People Coordinator

Manager

• Lead engineering service delivery across your designated client base, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and operational continuity
• Coordinate engineering teams to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and quoted tasks, working closely with the client response and PPM schedulers team, and assisting in managing out-of-hours (OOHs) work and escalation resolution
• Oversee small works and minor project delivery, ensuring that engineering activity meets required quality, cost, and timeline parameters
• Review engineering outputs such as PPM reports, remedial works, and compliance tasks, ensuring all follow-ups are completed within agreed timeframes
• Work alongside the compliance teams to maintain all operational and contractual documentation including logbooks, service records, KPI dashboards, site reports, and compliance logs
• Support quotation development in collaboration with engineers and commercial teams, in accordance with client frameworks and internal processes
• Prepare monthly service and performance reports based on engineering activity to support client reviews and decision-making
• Conduct audits, surveys, and mobilisation activities to verify engineering standards and support operational transitions or changes
• Provide leadership and coordination for engineering teams through onboarding, coaching, PDRs, and ongoing performance management
• Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and a positive service culture across all engineering-led activities
• Work closely with the account manager to support client expectations and ensure delegated responsibilities are managed professionally and effectively

Service Manager
