About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for different areas, ensuring quality and speed
- Lead employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, events, content and employer brand positioning
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and onboarding
- Support and operationalize entry programs (e.g., internships), from attraction through conversion
- Assist with executive search projects for more senior roles, focusing on identifying and approaching specialized profiles
- Work closely with leaders and internal teams to understand needs and build attraction solutions
- Monitor recruitment and attraction metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Work hands-on in execution with a high level of responsibility and autonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree completed
- 3–4 years of experience (preferably in technology companies or the financial market)
- Experience using an ATS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques
- Experience tracking selection metrics
