About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for different areas, ensuring quality and speed
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including campaigns, events, content and employer brand positioning
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and onboarding
  • Support and operationalize entry programs (e.g., internships), from attraction through conversion
  • Assist with executive search projects for more senior roles, focusing on identifying and approaching specialized profiles
  • Work closely with leaders and internal teams to understand needs and build attraction solutions
  • Monitor recruitment and attraction metrics and propose continuous improvements
  • Work hands-on in execution with a high level of responsibility and autonomy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree completed
  • 3–4 years of experience (preferably in technology companies or the financial market)
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques
  • Experience tracking selection metrics
