About the role

  • Work closely with Product Designers and the Engineering team to translate product ideas into detailed requirements, specifications and prototypes.
  • Participate in daily or weekly status updates to track team progress and assist the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams in testing and validating features before launch.
  • Support the product launch process, by working with communication team to create product documentation and training materials and working with the customer success team to perform product demonstrations to customers.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  • Engage directly with customers through online meetings and on-site visits to understand their journey and gather feedback.
  • Conduct research through customer interactions, internal stakeholders, market studies, and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas.
  • Drive product alignment, build understanding and motivate teams across the company.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define and evaluate communication plans, ensuring consistency with product strategy and effective messaging.
  • Work together with the Implementation Team to help implementing LimeFlight with new customers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management in SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Design Thinking Skills: Focus on understanding user needs, aspirations, wishes, concerns, and frustrations to solve their problems effectively.
  • Project Management Skills: Effectively planning and managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Conducting and analyzing user research, interviews, A/B tests, user flows, heatmaps, adoption rates, competitor analysis.
  • Design and User Experience Knowledge: A solid understanding of UX design, as user experience is crucial for LimeFlight.
  • Engineering Background: Basic understanding of web development.
  • Product Management Software Experience (like Productboard, Jira Product Discovery).
  • English C1 proficiency.
