About the role
- Work closely with Product Designers and the Engineering team to translate product ideas into detailed requirements, specifications and prototypes.
- Participate in daily or weekly status updates to track team progress and assist the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams in testing and validating features before launch.
- Support the product launch process, by working with communication team to create product documentation and training materials and working with the customer success team to perform product demonstrations to customers.
- Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Engage directly with customers through online meetings and on-site visits to understand their journey and gather feedback.
- Conduct research through customer interactions, internal stakeholders, market studies, and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas.
- Drive product alignment, build understanding and motivate teams across the company.
- Collaborate with product marketing to define and evaluate communication plans, ensuring consistency with product strategy and effective messaging.
- Work together with the Implementation Team to help implementing LimeFlight with new customers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in product management in SaaS or B2B environment.
- Design Thinking Skills: Focus on understanding user needs, aspirations, wishes, concerns, and frustrations to solve their problems effectively.
- Project Management Skills: Effectively planning and managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data Analysis Skills: Conducting and analyzing user research, interviews, A/B tests, user flows, heatmaps, adoption rates, competitor analysis.
- Design and User Experience Knowledge: A solid understanding of UX design, as user experience is crucial for LimeFlight.
- Engineering Background: Basic understanding of web development.
- Product Management Software Experience (like Productboard, Jira Product Discovery).
- Problem Solving Skills: A problem-solving mindset is a key part of identifying new opportunities, analyzing information, creating and brainstorming product ideas and developing valuable, viable and effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: The ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Creativity: Thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative ideas.
- Motivational Skills: Crucial for supporting and motivating the company to work on new ideas.
- Teamwork: The ability to work well with others towards a common goal.
