About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical direction of Lime's Core Applications ecosystem, including architecture, integration strategy, platform governance, and long-term design decisions
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Core Applications
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation
Design and deliver automations, integrations, and custom solutions
Identify opportunities to simplify enterprise systems and improve end-to-end effectiveness
Establish technical standards, support models, and governance practices
Mentor engineers and administrators while remaining hands-on in design, troubleshooting, and execution
Identify and implement practical enterprise AI and automation use cases
Introduce enterprise AI capabilities with reusable patterns, governance, and adoption practices
Participate in a shared on-call rotation, responding to critical alerts, coordinating escalations, and documenting issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience administering, engineering, or architecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems
Extensive experience designing and delivering integrations, workflow automations, and durable technical solutions
Strong scripting and automation skills
Experience using APIs, tooling, and custom solutions securely and supportably
Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, system design, identity concepts, and SaaS governance
Proven ability to lead large cross-functional efforts
Ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on technical execution
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Practical experience with enterprise AI and automation
Understanding of secure, scalable frameworks for AI-generated code and data privacy guardrails (preferred)
Ability to translate manual business workflows into automated, AI-assisted solutions with measurable ROI (preferred)
Ability to reside in the U.S. Eastern/Central Timezone
Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage
