About the role
- Manage the execution and reporting for the parking port acquisition strategy in Japan, including onboarding and account management.
- Develop and implement scalable sales tactics to acquire parking ports for Lime vehicles.
- Collaborate with the global Business Development team to support the negotiation of competitive deals.
- Manage daily and weekly performance metrics and compensation schemes for non-badged sales representatives from our agency partners.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including sales performance and market trends, to help refine the port acquisition strategy.
- Prepare and present market analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Country Manager and leadership team.
- Support the growth of new revenue streams, such as vehicle advertising and B2B partnerships.
- Collaborate with the US Business Development team to support and expand Lime's Uber integration in Japan.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English, with advanced business-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills required.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a strategic sales, sales operations, or partnership role with a background in sales acquisition strategies.
- People management experience, including the management of external non-badged sales representatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing various sales channels and partners, with the ability to prioritize short- and long-term goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure.
