About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the review and refinement of global compensation programs
- Conduct equity benchmarking analyses
- Design and maintain salary bands
- Build and streamline compensation processes and tools
- Monitor industry trends and best practices
- Manage job architecture by aligning roles
- Partner closely with HRIS to maintain data integrity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Deep knowledge of survey methodology and market benchmarking
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Bachelor’s degree
